Therapeutic Riding

Therapeutic riding is an equine-assisted activity for the purpose of contributing positively to the cognitive, physical, emotional and social well-being of individuals with special needs. Therapeutic riding provides benefits in the areas of health, education, sport and recreation & leisure.

Private lessons are held 1:1 with the instructor. Riders will learn riding skills as well as horsemanship knowledge. Riders help groom and tack horses before and after riding.

Therapeutic Horsemanship

Experiential learning that promotes the development of life skills through equine-assisted activities.

Horsemanship is an unmounted program in which participants work with the horse in a manner of ways. These could include, grooming, feeding, and ground exercises. With the goal of leading the participant to learn more about themselves and others.

$80 / per lesson
$300 / block of four lessons

Each session lasts an hour

Para – Equestrian Dressage

Para-equestrian dressage is conducted under the same basic rules as conventional dressage, but with riders divided into different competition grades based on their functional abilities.

Para – Equestrian Dressage lessons are offered to riders who have a passion for dressage and want to show with a competitive team . Lessons are held with both a therapeutic riding instructor and FEI instructor. Riders also have the ability to attend all clinics and work with PTs.
